General building covers everything from single-room remodels to ground-up construction — renovation and remodeling, room additions and ADUs, design-build delivery, framing and carpentry, full-scope renovations, new construction, interior finishes, demolition and site prep, and outdoor living and hardscaping. Each is available as a standalone service or folded into a larger project.
We hold licenses for general building (B), electrical (C-10), and plumbing (C-36), so those trades are scheduled and managed in-house under one contract instead of being handed off to separate subcontractors.
That's what the on-site evaluation is for — we walk the property with you, review any existing architectural plans, and scope the project into the right category before pricing it.
